90-DAY Returns on New Tires

At Gotire, we sell brand-new tires only. If you no longer need your order, you may request a return within 90 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, tires must be:

  • unused and unmounted,
  • in original condition,
  • and include any original stickers or labels.

We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return.

Once returned tires arrive at our warehouse and pass inspection, refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Order Issues or Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or not as described, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

To speed up the review process, please provide:

  • a brief description of the problem,
  • clear photos of the tire,
  • photos of the packaging if applicable,
  • and the installation receipt if the tires were mounted.

  • Mounted, installed, or driven-on tires cannot be returned unless there’s a verified issue with the product or order
